The food you choose should be an excellent source of a healthy diet for your pet. But, finding a formula that works best for our furry friends, especially those picky eaters, can be tough when there are so many options out there. That’s why at Milner Feeds, we commit to only providing the best brands in our stores and having the knowledge to back that up. We carry a variety of brands that offer grain-free, organic, limited ingredient, all natural, or locally sourced options for your pet. Brands such as Acana, Canadian Naturals, Go!, we have them all. Feeding your pet healthy food shouldn’t break the bank either – we offer a range of different healthy foods to fit everyone’s budget.

Cats & dogs need a combination of mental and physical stimulation to maintain a healthy lifestyle. How better to achieve this than a good chew toy, quality collars and leashes for those long walks, treats for the best behaviour. We have everything for your pets from all the best quality manufacturers. Do you have a high energy runner whose sole purpose in life is to fetch? What is your return policy?

FOR MOST ITEMS:
Must have original proof of purchase. In original packaging, in unused condition. Within 30 days. Exchanges may be processed within this time and are subject to the same requirements. In some circumstances a restocking fee may be levied to returned or exchanged product. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

PET FOOD:
We understand that your pets can be picky from time to time that is why we offer a simple exchange process for any dog or cat food!
Within 14 days, Proof of purchase. In original packaging, at least ¾ full bag.

ITEMS WE THAT CAN’T BE RETURNED:
Grain or feed/ Feed products & supplements. (CFIA regulations), frozen pet food. Poultry supplies (Avian flu), Medications, pet crates, Pet Toys, Stock tanks. Opened or used products, or any items marked as "final sale" are not within our return guidelines. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note if you purchase any feed product in error, we are unable to take it back. The moment it is placed in your vehicle it is “on your farm” as stated by legislation.

Warranty Policy:
If a product proves to be defective after 30 days of purchase, Milner Feed & Pet Supply may help as a facilitator for the manufacturer's warranty. You may be required to deal directly with the manufacturer. If you wish however, in certain cases we are willing to speak on your behalf and follow up with the manufacturer to process your warranty claim.

Manufacturer warranties are established by individual manufacturers. Milner Feed & Pet Supply will abide by their policies regarding warranties and is not responsible for shipping costs, replacement equipment, or any inconveniences related to manufacturer warranties.

Do you have a loyalty program?

We love that you choose to shop with us that’s why Milner Feed & Pet Supply facilitates our manufactures frequent buyer programs!

We strictly follow the rules set out by each manufacture. Most Manufactures will issue an instore coupon covering the retail value less the taxes of the least expensive bag you have bought. Depending on manufacture you have between 12 and 24 months to purchase enough (usually 10 to 12 bags). Bags that are over the allotted time frame are automatically removed. Some manufactures even have a breeder program! If you want specific information on your manufacture, just ask us and we will happily get you a copy of their terms and conditions.

Can I bring my pet to your store?

We love the sound of paws on the floor! We welcome well behaved pets on a leash or carrier into the store. Unfortunately, we cannot allow birds into the store but please share a picture of your avian friend with us!

Do you deliver?

You Bet! We deliver everything. We have our own fleet of trucks to get the same products you love in store. We also can use couriers and third-party freight. We service the entire Fraser valley and routinely ship to Pemberton, Squamish (Sḵwx̱wú7mesh) and the interior.

Can I get help lifting the heavy products into my truck?

We have some uplifting news! We do have a group of strong warehouse staff that will help carefully load products into your vehicle or carry out bags to your car! If you need additional assistance, just ask!

For guests bringing a livestock or horse trailer to be loaded, it must be free of any fecal material or animals prior to coming on property as we will be unable to load it due to bio security and safety to our staff. Please note there is no place to dispose of manure or soiled bedding.
