We will always do our best to meet, and hopefully even exceed, your needs while shopping in our store. We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service at all times. If for any reason you have any questions or concerns on any of the products we carry, please do not hesitate to speak with one of our knowledgeable staff. We will do everything in our power to rectify the situation to a satisfactory outcome.
We will be glad to help carry your purchases to the car.
We will refund purchases returned in original packaging with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will only be issued in the form of an in-store credit.
Goods returned opened or without a receipt cannot be exchanged or refunded. All clearance items are final sale.
Returns can not be accepted by the following products.
- Round Bales
- Pet Beds
- Used Crates
- Bucket De-icers/ Heated Water Buckets
- Electric Fence & Energizers out of box
- Raw Dog Food
Due to CFIA and other government regulations, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any open or partially consumed bags of feed. This includes, but is not limited to, feed, grain, bagged pet food, bulk food and bag down products. We cannot return or issue refunds on any hay products, round bales, special orders and any products marked as such, are final sale. Where hay has mold, we will do our best to replace the affected bales with new ones. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted on final sale items. Partially or completely damaged items cannot be refunded, whether damaged by animals or natural causes. We will do our best to create a warranty claim with the Vendor on your behalf, but are in no way liable for ensuring you are compensated by the Vendor.
