As a general rule you have eighteen months to acquire enough bags to qualify for a manufacturer’s coupon. Bags that have been on your loyalty account over this time limit are automatically eliminated. This coupon is for the retail value of the least expensive bag on your loyalty account. The customer is responsible for any and all sales tax on the discounted bag.
