Customer Care Policy
We will be glad to help carry your purchases to the car.
We will refund purchases returned in original packaging with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will only be issued in the form of an in-store credit.
Goods returned opened or without a receipt cannot be exchanged or refunded.
All clearance items are final sale.
Due to CFIA and other government regulations, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any open or partially consumed bags of feed. This includes, but is not limited to, feed, grain, bagged pet food, bulk food and bag down products. We cannot return or issue refunds on any hay products, round bales, special orders and any products marked as such, are final sale. Where hay has mold, we will do our best to replace the affected bales with new ones. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted on final sale items. Partially or completely damaged items cannot be refunded, whether damaged by animals or natural causes. We will do our best to create a warranty claim with the Vendor on your behalf, but are in no way liable for ensuring you are compensated by the Vendor.
